Steven Trujillo brings over 16 years of leadership and excellence in the financial services industry, beginning his career on January 5, 2009, after serving his community for ten years as a Police Officer.

Throughout his distinguished career, Steven has earned numerous accolades for performance, growth, and leadership. In his inaugural year, he was honored as Financial Representative of the Year, along with Pace Setter First 40, Pace Setter Second 60, and Top 10 Bronze distinctions. Subsequent years saw him recognized as NAIFA Rookie of the Year, 100 Lives Producer, and recipient of Top 10 Silver, Gold – Top 50, and Platinum awards. He has consistently ranked among top producers in regional and national categories, including multiple Top Gun honors from 2015 to 2018.

Steven has held key leadership roles, including Partner at a major insurance firm’s Greater New Mexico Office, where he earned Agency Builder Award and ranked #1 in his zone. As Managing Director, his district repeatedly led in market development, premium, lives, and new clients across Western Region and company-wide categories. In 2019, he was selected to help lead and expand a high-performing network office in the Puget Sound region. Following a family relocation to Downtown Seattle in March 2020, the office achieved significant growth in premium compared to prior years. Appointed Managing Partner on January 1, 2022, he guided the team to #1 rankings in lives, new clients, and market development, while earning the prestigious Team Award for exceptional recruitment, retention, and advisor development.
